Do you canvas your franchises up yourself or have a team of guys out doing it for you?.
Also I see you have 10 franchises is it down to them or you to provide the work?.

You have done well so a big thumbs up to your success.

He doorknocks for the customers for the franchisee. To get the franchisees he advertises in the local situations vacant.  He guarantees them all the work they can handle then sets about getting it for them. They don't have top get any work themselves.

I am in the process of filling my first franchisee, have 125 new customers since middle of January with 5 more to see tonight/tomorrow.

I setup it all up with alot of help from Ian.

If they do I'll deal with it, I'll get more but we both know they won't all cancel. I am expecting a 30% dropout anyway.

wonder how it all works what happens if your guy gets a bit peed off with the customers the odd internal external non paying customer the odd pay and cancel the odd non payer

cos he would be paying a few quid guessing he might expect too much?

I tried a canvasser once, I won't mention his name as he's still active on here!! It was when we took on our second franchisee.  The canvasser stuck it for a couple of weeks then told me this area was saturated with window cleaners and he couldn't get any more work.  Since then we've taken on another 8 and build all the rounds by canvassing them ourselves!

If you want a job done properly....... ;D

North Kent.  Medway towns to Herne Bay, Maidstone to Ashford to Canterbury and all areas in between.
