Anybody getting calls from theese type of people or does anybody use it ?

you can also use a pay pal account. You send out a pay pal payment request and your custy can pay using a card. No messing with chip and Pin or bank charges. + you can use a well trusted provider.

U still have to pay a fee on paypal.but with a bank transfer its free,i was just intrested if anybody uses chip n pin and what the costs are involved.do you know what your costs are with paypal.

You don't have to pay a PayPal charge if you ask your customer to check out payment as 'gift'!

Im not sure as I take payments, not make em, and for what PayPal charge, its far better than cost of my time and fuel. But I do know when you pay you can choose to make it a gift so as to have no fees. Why not try pay yourself off the wifes account or somat? Couple of pence, you'll see the option come up!

I used cardsafe mobile £29.00 a monthly and 20p cost per card

That must be a new thing. 2weeks ago we had someone put a deposit for a puppy using PayPal gift to avoid charges. £100 and no fees.

You can still use the gift option, i use it all the time when buying and selling fishing tackle on different forums.

There are no monthly charges or minimum usage fees - you only pay the processing rates (2.3% to 2.95%) when you use the service.

Thats quite expensive. You need to be taking quite a few card payments each month for that to cost in!

If an average job is £20 it costs 59pence per transaction with Payatrader.

If you pay £29 a month in rental you need to be taking just under 50 card payment to cover the rental alone.

That's why we designed Payatrader, for low volume users, on a PAYG basis.

Obviously, if you do commercial windows with a high ticket value you may be better leasing.
