Me too!! Plus been at the coal face since Xmas while the staff have been on/off work like god knows what!!
So, day off tomorrow-down the woods with the dogs and my gun-that'll learn em!!
Good luck to everyone in the crappy weather but i will be sitting by a HUGE fire and a mean chillie/sausage stew on the go

Hasta la Vista baby

Done a bit this week but its that icy under foot  decided it's not worth it risking it again today. Got a couple of insides only to do for tomorrow.
Went to one house yesterday and it looked like there was water on the drive, got out and slipped - it was black ice!
It's going to be warmer by Monday according to forecast anyway. It's the only time that we've not done full days this winter so can't complain really. :)

Yes there is, I used to have one.  My job was working in a police station in Northern Ireland collating all the relevant information from terrorist incidents where 'shorts' or 'longs' (pistols/rifles) were involved.

A week after I started a cease fire began which effectively meant I had nothing to do, work wise, but I had to stay in the post since they never knew when the cease fire's would fail.

So, I had next to no work, wore civilian clothes, had a civillianised car (a company car), worked in a building jam packed with females, and we had a great gymnasium.

That was a good office job!

I've been starting at 12 every day this week. I've still managed to do over 80% of my normal work but much prefer the summer months.

Hey, I have my limits!

Unfortunately I've reached and breached them many a time!  :-[
