« on: January 28, 2012, 09:29:10 am »
How many off u guys jump fences to clean windows.i cleaned a new customer just before xmas and said id do her every 2 months as arranged, inwent back yesterday knocked on door no answer so got little step ladder out and jumped the fence to do back windows .
Well as i started cleaning top floor windows i sees her walk past kitchen door,i took no notice carried on and finished off,i then went and knocked after to collect payment and she still wouldnt answer the door.

I told her at start she can pay by chq and there was no rush to pay so she could have just said i will send it on,but she wouldnt even answer the door to open gate i think thats just silly.
Seems like i will have to watch this customer shes got a big house to and brand new motor so skint maybe i dunno.

Maybe she some contagious illness and didn't want to pass it to you ;D
Maybe someone close to her had just passed away and she didn't feel like socialising with anyone :(
Maybe she was just getting in the bath ;D

I have a few customers like this, which drives me nuts, but that said they alwasy pay via cheque in the post.

She may have been ill, have a mental illness or just didnt want to speak to you.

As long as you get paid there is no harm done.

Jumping over fences we dont do, gates not a problem
