I appreciate 1st cleans usually take much longer, but you never mentioned that or the fact you've only just started in the 1st post

^^^^ your defo missing something if all you realistically achieve is 10 x £8 houses a day!! Blimey mate I can do that in a couple of hours on some of my rounds

Well Ive only just started 2 weeks ago, I only have 3 customers. I was just guessing as it has taken an hour for each house (1st clean) so I can imagine I could do 10 a day when a bit quicker.

First cleans take at least twice as long, if not more

Yeah, took longer than expected! Im getting a WFP backpack for tops only soon so hopefully I will be quicker and be hitting that 6k a month 

I've just invested in a trolley wfp, I buy the water up the rd, it's truly unbievable how much quicker it is. We were going to trad the bottoms, and wfp the tops...sod that, wfp all the way

I understand that but Im working out of an estate at the moment so I think I could only fit 4 25 litre barrels in so will be tops only. Im also on a water meter

I too am on a metre, so with the cost of water, buying the purification system, setting it up, buying filters/resin and all the rest of it, I'd rather just drive up the rd and buy it, I reckon £1 out of every four-five customers covers the water, it's cheap as chips to buy

I saw a bloke this week working out of a Peugeot 306 with a trolley system.....he'd taken out ALL of the seats excepts the drivers, I couldn't believe it looool

  Thats a bit extreme! No chance of me doing that, got two girls and were expecting again....

thats why I never post much on this forum.... If I say yes ..£6000 a month in 1 van and 1 lad I get the "oh yeh whatever " btw yes it is easily done !

if I say no way, I get "oh your this and that and not charging right "......

As stated elsewhere turnover is important but not as important as profit, We do turnover a high amount but each time we take on a new employee the turnover goes up but the profit per person goes down slightly. It takes more support staff/hours to run the business. If I clear £3.00 per employee per hour profit (net), I am a happy bunny. Now the only time I am on the glass is to cover holidays and sickness.

i think hes well past the 6k a mth
6k a mth is easily do able
with the right men equipment and work
basically everything as to run like clockwork
but wot wud be better is at the end of the mth
everyone u ad cleaned ad paid you directly into the bank
