I've just sacked my son! 10 months wasted. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't get him to see the benefits of having his own van and being totally self sufficient.... If your asking me, NO.

My son started with me 18 months ago, he now has his own round and picking work up left right and centre.I am now looking for someone else and wondering where I will get another worker as good. Considering trimming round so I don't need anyone.
i offered my son some Saturday work , but he wanted the money up front, in cash. i knew it wasnt going to work out at that very moment. i also gave him his own set of gear, squeegee etc but he just laughed ,egged on by his psycho mum no doubt , no respect from kids these days
