Could anyone help me work out what the holiday entitlement for a person who works 16.5 hrs per week. I have looked at loads of website but can't find what i'm looking for. She works 5 days per week but the hours vary on different days, for instance she works 4 hrs on a mon and only 1 hr on a thursday so it would be unfair to calculate her holidays in days. I was wondering of we could calculate her holiday in hrs so she can request hrs off instead of days. Sorry if this is slightly confusing, I'm tired and hungry and the christmas spirit is wearing off FAST!!
