great idea far to many people put off posting for fear of humiliation by a fake person/user name, the more information shared the better carpet cleaners get, there for enhancing the reputation of the carpet cleaning industry

love to know how there gonna do it, good faith? seriously? aint gonna happen. ban them if they don't? hmmmmmmm not sure thats gonna go down well with the advertisers.
