Sme people are a danger to themselves.
very well said mate.
im guessing they are hoping to get the customer for a clean each month and make money in the future cleans.
i suppose you could look at it as a very different way of canvassing - never under estimate the power of word of mouth from customers hey!
It is a form of marketing and we all know you don't get something for nothing! In this case you have to "give" away ridiculously low prices in order to get in a database, or should I say "hope" you end up with a database, nothing is sure in this life!
Unless this bloke is brilliant at upselling add ons I cannot see how this is going to help his business grow.
The worst scenario I gave on a 5 bedroomed house could be for ALL the vouchers purchased and all of them may be strong enough not to go with any add ons.
I have no idea on pricing in Hull but I suspect 25 windows and full house gutter clean ect should be more than £60 in the first place anyway.
