I had this just last week!!

Cleaned a flat.....came up a treat, everything that was supposed to shine was blinding.

"Wow....look at those tiles shine.....and look at the floor!! Fantastic!!"

Normally i would appreciate such a comment.....but to hear it from 2 of my cleaners when i was showing them the flat a couple of days later.....Well....i had to say to them that after such a comment: "Well that this is how it should be done"

That was a bit daft of my cleaners to put themselves in such a position.....Think before you speak comes to my mind

Martin

Spoke to a Site Agent after having 7 of his flats sparkle cleaned......bearing in mind we have had it cleaned twice before the sparkle!! "Yes, the cleaning is Ok....have a painter coming in tomorrow and the plummer...!!"

Sometimes wonder whats the point.....bottom line = cleaners left it in a mess.

Anyway, looked at getting IPAF Trained. Company up Doncaster way say can get me trained on both the cherry pickers and sissor lifts on the same day, for around £145 + VAT.

So am seriously considering doing this......as i wouid like us to do some new warehouse builder cleans.

Have a fantastic week.....and hope its better than the one i think i have coming!! Client says to me "can we meet, would like to discuss the standard of cleaning by your team...." So will see how that one goes......chuffing staff!!

Same here Martin.....have booked in about 3 days work a week up till Christmas, and we still have other sites calling us around a week or two in advance of their work. So the weeks fill up very quickly.

Mind you, would like to meet up with you myself one day to throw a few ideas around.

hi there,

ok tim

so off we go this morning with freshly printed work schedule through to the 23rd december, taking into consideration that we have all the build programmes for all our sites .

by mid day, this weeks plan had changed 3 times, once completely. but hey the sales figures are still going up.

just sitting here now the first day that we have nothing booke in is the 6th  december. then after that monday 19th december.  Its going to get really stupid near the end.

what am i saying its stupid already
tomorrow we are build cleaning plots with out kitchens andsome bathroom fittings, and the mastic man is due in aswell.

but i told them straight this morning, any extra visits at all to each plot are on day rate, SOD them i've had enough.

i tell you though, i so stresseed out i've never slept as well its brilliant.

regards

martin
