I get up at 4am every morning, I cook myself 6 rashers of bacon 4 eggs 4 sausages half a pound of mushrooms 6 slices of toast ( brown bread cos whites fattening ) a tin of beans a tin of tomatos and a pot of tea.then for my breakfast I have
midnight - up at 6.30 - get kids ready - take to school - work for 9Im KNACKERED !!!
