i try and get 8 hours sleep and i get up at 7 am start first job no earlyer than 8 (on domestic)

I get up at 4am every morning,  I cook myself 6 rashers of bacon 4 eggs 4 sausages half a pound of mushrooms 6 slices of toast ( brown bread cos whites fattening )    a tin of beans a tin of tomatos and a pot of tea.


then for my breakfast I have  :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

altough once a staunch Labour party and once a big fan of Derek Hatten and Millitent I look back at Maggie Thatcher and have to admit she was one of UKs most successful PMs

and she used to have 3 hours sleep per night

Not the tv GB ... i cant sleep until i see midnight on the clock ... tried setting it an hour forward and it doesnt work !
