Hi all,
For all you stone floor experts, we have been asked to clean and seal a travetine floor and wondered what the best way is to go about this.
We have cleaned a few in holiday properties before that have been just lightly soiled and know you mustnt use anything acid etc on them, but think this may need something stronger,
I went to see it yesterday, its only been down since May, but as it is in a fairly large kitchen its got really grubby and the grout is quite dark in places.
They had it sealed with HG inpregnater and it hasnt protected it at all.
Just said id get back to them with best method and sealant, think they have spent a lot on the flooring so want the best for it.
Regards
Steve
