nat im still having a small problem i know your good with these things, iv created my email address again at letshost but cant get them on windows mail?? changed the account settings to how was told but not recieving.

Also do you know how i can transfer my website data to rcwcleaningservicesltd.co.uk from my other one??

If the transfer is recent, you may need to wait up to 48 hours before it starts working again. Normally its quicker though.

Also do you know how i can transfer my website data to rcwcleaningservicesltd.co.uk from my other one??

Use this to download it: http://www.microsystools.com/products/website-download/

Then re-upload it to the new hosting with any free ftp software.

it is a pain when your hosting company goes down. i was pulling my hair out. a bit like when you don't back wcp up and you lose your data. We seem to have had a lot of similar things happen ronnie. including the vans :

Google "Coreftp" and download it (its free)

Type in your ftp settings for you hosting and once connected you can simply drag & drop your website file back into their new home.

Not sure why you're getting that message!
