im buying £213 worth of work 85 % being bungalows done trad , how much do you reckon this would be worth ?
the other 15% of work is done wfp .
any ideas before i part with my cash .

but when buying try get a bargain
they cud all be bad payers lol

ive a round of compact bungalows about 500 per month theres no way Id let them go for owt under 2,5oo ..there  alway there to do in high winds,saturday mornings, bank hols ...looks like uve a decent buy providing they are priced right

i did mine in the freezing weather when it wasnt safe to ladder houses,would never sell bungs,can still do them when drawing my pension

well i got the work for £600 , went around and met most of the customers last night and all were happy that charlie had found them another windy before he retires .
