Just agreed to buy £500 worth of work for 4x but it goes hand in glove with the work I already have in the area.

how established is it?
when was it last cleaned?
how do the customers pay?
how much is it being advertised for?
have you seen the properties and the related individual prices?
what frequency is it on?
how long does it take?
 :)
