What poles are you using ?

I ask because i got signed off by the doc for 2 months because i did my shoulder / back muscles

Then he found out i was SE...

He asked what i did, what equipment i used and the weight. then said i needed something lighter than what i was using.

At the time i was using brodex alloy poles, i switched over to a clx and it sorted itself out... never had a problem since

i had used brodex alloy before going to clx but i still get a back prob every 3 or 4 months, moves into my neck aswell.

just the job we do, do aot of cleaning aswell - that doesnt help either

i to have issues with my back.

started about 18 months ago.been to cairos and osteopath and didnt help.the only thing i have found that helps is a sports massage every month .it seems to loosen up the muscles.

i have also bought the lightest pole in the world (probably) that seems to help as well.

i also sleep on the floor now and then but  thats another story ;D

Too much info  ;D dogs sleep on the floor- or people with bad backs.
Go to C  Pros and look up the "back pages" in the A-Z

dont know how to explain but i will try ,my left hand was to high up the pole and my hand was on topside of pole ,muscles were straining felt the difference as soon as i brought my hand down the pole and used an underhand grip my left shoulder relaxed.also by standing one leg in front and rocking a bit takes the strain off th :oe other shoulder.seems to have worked for me
