Was doing a job this morning, flight of stairs, and was on the bottom steps, at the end of the job, when a British Gas employee knocked on the door, to fix some dodgy sockets. A minute later he brushed passed me on the way up the stairs. Excuse me I said, could you put on these blue shoes, as I`ve just spent the last 30 mins cleaning the carpet. No he replyed, there a safety hazard, I could slip and hurt myself. In that case I replyed, then British Gas is liable for a re-clean if you dirty the damp carpet. Anyone else heard of this policy?
