  hi
i wouldnt want to do a 3 bed semi for 8 let alone 4. its got to be ten now anywhere in the country more further south.

we qt 13.00 and will drop to 12 if the custie is a haggler. Any less than that we move on there are others out there who will pay.

That's quite a good price for some parts of Scotland.

 ;D
bet its the fella I used to slave for in Kew, Southport
Prices 'em rock bottom to keep competition out. It works, but he only window cleaned as a second job, and really didnt do it very well, although he does have 500+ customers, 98% paying peanuts - say £4.50 a 3 bed semi... ooh and £4.50 for a 4 bed detached  ???
fool wrecks it for everyone else.
Glad I jacked it in and went solo wfp, charge around £8 for the same job. And do it better  ;D

£10 for new work outside my cheap estate work.although i still clean a fair few for £5-£6.these are ultra compact small 3 bedders(around 150 all right next door to each other).keeps competition out,get loads of add on work and good xmas tips.these are 4 weekly jobs.

most new work is priced much better and on a longer cleaning frequency(6-8 weeks)
price higher/work harder!

£7-£8 in Basildon but a local windie has been putting leaflets out say £4 whatever the size, £3 first clean. He's been going a year, probably not made a profit yet though.

Between £12- £15 dependant upon access etc. My minimun charge is now £12 from £10 get work no problem. I feel for those who do any jobs for less than £10.
All the best

Steve
