I don't really do a lot of commercial but tend to use the orbit  whenever I believe it is the best option which is low profile nylon whether this is is a home or office.

but thinking about it the last commercials I've done are...

an art gallery
a police station
a school
a childrens nursery
& offices over 3 floors

all were low profile and i used the orbit

I last used mine last week on school carpets for agitation and buffing after extraction. I have used a similar machine to the Envirodri by Truvox (I think that was what I used) to agitate, and the op beat it hands down.

You are more than welcome to come and pick it up to use for a week or so if you're close enough, it'll only cost you a bottle of the finest malt
