I have been out canvassing lately and have been living to this rule.I even had a woman last week tell me she has just got a new cleaner but not happy with him because there are streaks on her windows. i explained wfp and advised her to bare with him as this can happen on first cleans. so really not looking to steal anyone's work.but should this be the same for commercial?I have just had a call from a new customer i done a first clean for this week. well she's really impressed sills where quite bad so i put the time in and got the tfr out and cleaned them all off. she just said windows are great really pleased and would i be interested in the office where she works as they are taking quotes at the moment. in her words this office is massive she said she will get the maintenance manager to call me next week so i can arrange to go and view it. then she said she will then tell me the other prices. don't want to undercut but armed with this info I would be a fool not to.opinions please
