Do the people at GArdiner ever answer their phone?

I wanted to order a Supermax 50 but again they're out of stock so will settle for the 47. Unfortunately I still can't actually speak to anyone there 
I want to pop down to pick one up but don't want to make a wasted trip.

Apologies for you not being able to get through when you wanted to. There are only two members of staff on the phones today and due to the high level of calls they will often be on the phone already when the phone rings. If you leave a message when the system asks you to do so, they will call you back as soon as is possible.
I have to admit that is my only critisism of Gardiners. products are good, price is good but I very rarely get through to them and it oftem takes until the following day for them to get back to me.
Actually, another critisism....poles are quite oftem out of stock.
If they could sort these two things they would be better than sliced bread! Hope they take this as constructive critisism.

. As posted above, we are aware of the situation and have plans to try and improve the number of people on the phone at any one time.
We thought we had the pole stock situation sorted as at the beginning of the year we had large stocks of all poles (CL-X, SL-X, Super-Max and Super-Lites), we were unable to anticipate the increase in demand that this year brought. Good news is we have thousands of poles on their way!
