My van is similar to a Hiace, but with a tailgate door(which I prefer, to having 2 doors) and all I do is stand on the rear wheel to undo ladder clamp.
really?how long have you been a wc??surely by now how would have earned the funds to upgrade your business to a van??im not saying you have to have a brand new van with a top notch wfp system in it but in my view - in this day and age: all good businesses should use vans, sign writting, insurance ....

Single tailgate when up would make it impossible to get at ladders cos it adds about 5 foot onto roof length u need twin rear doors that open outwards as opposed to going up ..... Rollbar is a ladder roller which goes onto rear of roofrack and helps ladders onto main rack
