I got a call last week asking how much for a con roof. I said prices start at £15 but i'd have to have a look.
Went there and told her it would be £25. She was put out and said i told her £15 on the phone and she'll get her sons to clean them with a pressure washer (It is a farm).
Her son charged me £80 6 years ago to empty the septic tank of my house. It took him 40 minutes. :
I couldn't be bothered to say anything apart from ok. Some people still think we should be grateful to be earning a tenner per hour still.

But every so often you go after her and look for ways to put her down. Nit picking and trying to score some sort of victory over her.
What is the point? It has the opposite effect and makes you look petty and generates sympathy for kate. Which is why there aren't hordes of people following your lead.
