i just delivered some leaflets and had a call to quote for a small bungalow .5 normal windows and 1 very large.they were minging .i told the lady if she wants them done on regular basis i won't charge her more for the first clean.Me:''so the price is £6,glass and frames.'',Lady:''What?!i'll do them myself fot that price''.some people really need to get out more.she looked at me like she had no connection with the reality

well i'm at a stage where i can pick my customers i'm not taking any work that comes in like i used to a few years ago.i'm just trying to fill some gaps

swings and round abouts i just priced up a top windows only job literally drive up drive away ten minutes for £10 and the lady said £10 is that it?

where as couple of weeks ago i did a one off clean for £45 on a massive mansion prob 6 bedroom with swimming pool and the lady there thought i was ripping her off wanting £35 every 8 weeks, she made a comment which made my blood boil "i can get a east european cleaner for £7 per hour" when i told her the insides will be another £45, i told her to go ahead and get one cause i aint coming back

Think its a prob with the industry on a whole.

I know, when I go out in the car,  keep looking at large glass buildings, gosh that looks dirty and then the next one looks shiney, you can completely tell if somebody has been there to do the windows.  Its a big impression.  My M and S, and Debnehams windows are clear and sparkly, you know that somebody has been in to do them.  Makes a big difference I think

Look, he put his name in that position. If he is in such a sensitive  industry, then he needs to be a bit more carefull then. What's the sensitive industry then? Get over yourself, nobody hacked your site, you just got negligent and left it open. That's what I meant by "Professional".
