Yes, Trey / Rob do some good stuff.

The trouble is that it is so easy to beat yourself up over a poor score. Take Wayne above. Google have decided his is the most relevant for his particular keywords.

63 Intresting.

Alot of these free programs/software are built with traffic generation in mind, a percentage of folk will fill in thier email addresses giving the owner of the site a large database of people to promote various internet marketing/business/webmaster stuff too. And its not classed as spam as you gave over your email address. I do it too on a smaller scale.

Create a free "cool" program, spread the word via forums, twitter, facebook, other social networks, popular blogs etc creating a social "buzz". Internet marketers and webmasters go crazy for this kinda things.

Depending on how old this site is,  the  info that it gives is probably not as important now as google is constantly changing. Specialy recently!!  :o

The 93 site is so repetitive it's hard to see
how people would want to carry on reading
it.
Every 2nd word is Virginia Beach.

I was reading the other day you should design your site 85% for google 15% for the reader, once its ranked then start tweaking it more  towards the reader.

that why Robs site in so repetitive its designed for google not us

On a serious note, its just for marketing effect, so if you want to increase it, get a blog and contact form on the home page
