Nope, i was meaning whoever complianed. The comments where hardly worthy of being deleted.

Perhaps they were slanderous ???

Dunno, 'cos I never seen what was written :'(

Maybe Colin but its a forum, I have never heard of a slanderous case going to court after a forum post. Good and bad comments about people and suppliers are going to be said all the time. Thats the beauty of a forum.

Some people are too sensitive if you ask me  :-\

the post were probably deleted because they casted doubt on the character of a person who is not a members so cannot defend himself and anyone who spoke on his behalf would be seen as a puppet, i actually agree with them being deleted. the way i see it if you wouldn't say it to there face don't say it on the forum.

I can see that working....not
This would be a right girl thingyville if people would only write what they were prepared to say to someones face. ;D
All I can say is that this spotter must be the dogs because it managed to erase all signs of the posting 8)

"certainly would not sell them to custys as the first time the spotter does not achieve the desired result in turn customer will say oh that spotter you gave me is not much cop."

As with most things in business, you have to believe in the product you are selling. I take it the spotters you used to give away weren't that good ???

never tried solutions spotter so cant give my opinion but have heard they are the better of the bunch tried 2 others and did not rate them

but its kinda irrelevant because i dont believe in them as marketting tools IMO

bit like a being a taxi driver and giving away free bus tickets    if you pardon the pun   ;D

As someone else has already said, your customer's hardly going to be able to clean their whole carpets with a free bottle of spotter. If that was possible, we wouldn't need all the equipment we carry on our vans, we could just buy spotter and turn up with a bottle in each hand.... :D

:)

Mike has hit the nail on the head, as usual.  Things typed on the internet aren't always the things that people are prepared to say when looking that same person in the eye, standing face to face.

I think in the dictionary it's referred to as being a "coward" :)

As previously stated Jim I'm at the cleaning show and have no problem saying it to your face or anyone else for that matter!!!!!!!

You Northeners are so touchy  :-*

The line of threads deleted were hardly anything to get upset about as far I could see.   ::)
