ian, can't say for sure but its the first time i put a link on the quote to one of my videos on how we clean, maybe that swung it, or maybe not. either way its going on again next time all though i might take the vaccing out, my mate was to busy playing with the door than vaccing the carpet.

A link to your quote is a fantastic idea but you have to get the original contact first and that's where you are winning, you may be getting the illusive advertising blend right ! where abouts are your calls coming from the most? (please don't say customers )

My advertising works 2 fold as many customers will look for me where they originally found me YP, internet customers tend to be new enquiries and once they've had you they tend to repeat the process with a business card which is kept infact alot put my number in their phone but that's a different breed.

The good lady wife has already secured over 20k pa worth of new office cleaning work this last week, waiting to hear on another 15k worth of work pa fingers crossed  have 2k of deep cleans to complete before the end of the month, also got about 7k worth of commercial floors and carpets already booked in before April, it should be a good year
