I've been pleasantly surprised so far, certainly an improvement on last year! But I won't count my chickens! You can't possibly envisage how it will pan out for the rest of the year, unless you've got the balls of course, the crystal type I mean :D

Same here amazed how busy we are?? I think that the second half of last year was full of cuts this cuts that and then the media where like a dog with a bone going on about the vat increase. People may have realised that it was all a fuss about nothing!

And nice weather (why did I say that?)

Dont want to put a damper on it but the snow killed it last jan just like dec so i think the majority of us will be up on last jan. Anyway take no notice of my negativity think glass half full and all that its going to be a belter of a year ;D

Anyway i am going in for a hernia op on 31st jan ::) Where all doomed  :-[ thats better back to being negative ;)

Getting a lot of EOT calls think most of Sheffield must be moving from one side to the other at this rate it'll be top heavy! Can't complain on work coming in as I'm starting at 8 or 8.30 and getting in 3-4 so they're nice days for wimps ;D

Went on a really good course down at Cleansmart Nottingham today, Derek Bolton ran the spot and stain course I really enjoyed it, don't usually get time to go on these courses so I feel empowered for doing it, we had a go with the Sapphire Systems upholstery tool it's like a cross between the CFR and Drimaster and it did dry fabrics quicker but I have some reservations about it though.

The water flows through small holes at the front lip of the tool the new one I used 2 of the holes were blocked and that's a new tool ! saying that it could be something still left in from manufacture and just needed a clean out, I'd say it was better than a drimaster 1 or 2 but not as well made as a CFR but it did dry fabrics faster.

Although cold the sun has been shining and the phone has been ringing incessantly, like the good old days.
It's not expensive, you just can't afford it.

This commercial that needs bank details. It does not belong to a man in the Ministry of Finance who needs to pass several million through your account, with a 15% commission to you?   ;D
