im probably 3 stone overweight.the problem over the last few years as been stopping smoking........and then starting again............stopping........then starting.each time putting on more weight.


oh forgot to mention.....EATING TO MUCH CRAP AND GOING WFP!!!


Im 39 now.i think its time to do something about it.my jeans are 38in waist.want to get down to 34in.


ill wait until all the new year resolution idiots have abandoned the local gym/swimming pool(by the middle of feb)then ill do a bit of swimming and gym work to get me into some sort of shape!

At 18 stone, I think it's probably best to get a bit lighter before anyone starts running, otherwise I think it's risking an injury big style.

At 22 years old, I should think so! 

Add another 20 years of wear 'n' tear onto those knees, and then it could be a different matter.  Big lads tend to suffer with lower limb injuries through the repetitive stress and impact you get from running.
