5'8 , 23, a few pounds under 13 stone Ideally according to the nhs charts i should be something like 8 stonei think i was 8 stone at about 10 theyre a load of crap them charts, i would be ill at that weight, about 11.5 - 12 is my fighting weight

I have fought at 53kg Bantom weight and at 57kg feather weight that 4kg of a difference is huge when you are that light, in fact I felt ill at 53kg
