It is work related.

Fatty Bateman wanted to lose weight so he could increase his water carrying capacity without erring over the maximum load bearing capacity of his van.

im glad im not the only one on a diet. i gave up whisky, sugar free pepsi and chocolate on the 30th of december. getting a bit addicted to them, (no self control) lost about 2kilos so far.

replaced the junk with fruit juice, fruit, nuts and raisins. im not overweight, just a bit of a pot.

i should put the money i save into a jar, that will help me stick to it. i must spend about £100 a month!

Well done, fella.  With regards the whisky and the chocolate, when I stopped drinking I ate a lot of chocolate and someone told me that, chemically, sugar is very similar to alcohol.

It definitely wasn't the same though.

it is hard. i used to enjoy my whisky fridays after a week of work. but alcohol is worse than illegal drugs in some ways.
