my running costs per year are at a soft water area
1. prefilters £120
2. still got same pole from 4yrs ago
3. resin still got half a bag bought 3 yrs ago (£70)
4. brushes (not worn out yet)
5. membrane (still going after 3yrs)
6. taps and couplins per year £20
so per year say £150. but we can earn that in a morning sometimes

Running cost per year in a soft water area for me is
Resin £70
Poles £100
Once the initial layout is done, this is all it costs me.
Electricity will be higher come winter in order to heat your system overnight.
