Police are doing next to nothing

 ^no surprise there then ^

good luck finding your van and system.

And to the prat with a degree in criminology, get a life. Why bother coming on here to kick a man when he's down?

Makes you sick don't it. That's the same prat that's been winding Ronnie up for the last 2 weeks.

I'm so sorry Ron, it's the not knowing who's paid and who hasn't, on top of any other outrage you must be feeling right now.

One lesson I take from this is to copy all round info onto a memory stick, and hide it where it won't be found.
The world we live in has changed a lot these last few years, and none of it for the better.
What hurts even more is knowing that if these illegitimate guys were caught, they would probably get off with a community service order or some other tame slap on the wrist.
Good luck with getting your stuff back mate.
Wouldn't it be great to be in the right place at the right time with, a baseball bat in your hand, or maybe not.

That is the problem with the internet

You have been on here telling people about your new system, when you are away and you list your website and details

Van will be in a lockup. System ripped out. van dumped

As they took the Laptop, they will also sell your round details.

Dave, could you quickly get the IP address of that user 'wfp08', and check it against other users that are logged in or have logged in today. Also, if you forward me the details I can find out additional info.

Worth fitting tracker device, especially for occasions when away from home.

Wish you all the best in getting your stuff back.

Thanks for all the positive depots, work wise I'm fine still got two vans the only problems is getting window cleaner pro back unto date.

I'm pretty sure the last save they will have is 3 months ago so got some paper work to do.

It more the hassle and the 5k I'll lose from system, I have to admit I could of prevented this maybe not the breakin but the van and lap top could of been left in lockup which is secure but...... I didn't think it would happen to me.

Next year will be a year of putting the wrong s right and no were near haproffitqble but after the next few months my head will be above water.

I wouldn't rule out it being a random break in.

My thoughts too.
I reckon the van may well have been an afterthought once they saw the key.
I've been burgled before and it's a horrible feeling that goes with it.  I had only just started window cleaning a couple of weeks before.  This was 1991 though.  Wayt before WFP vans and also way before I had internet access (there was very little internet about then and what there was usually consisted of text only due to modem speeds).
