Lee,when i pull the hose up inside it quite often gets caught on the end of the pole and comes apart,it looks like i use same fittings, wondered if you do anything to stop this cheers,tim

What set up do you think is best for speed but still good results?

Hot v Cold System

Mono brush v Flocked

Fan jets v Pencil

and also which pole do you think allows you to work the quickest.

There must be a combination of all these factors that allows someone to work the most efficiently with good results, or does it not make much difference.

pencil jets
mono brush
carbon fibre pole, short enough for ground floor able to reach 2nd floor

set your water flow rate when you know your own pace
to much water and you will have drips to little water and you spend longer cleaning

this is for regular work

It happens occasionally but it matter of holding the pole at the right angle, I use the rectus 21 fitting and microbore hose, it might come undo a couple if times a week, also see if the hole in the but cap can be made a little bigger that may help

Just been looking at the pictures you posted earlier lee.

I do it differently.I wear a harness and walk away from the van.I also take the hose back to the van with me.The pole is never disconected.There is a tap on the hose.

On the harness that i wear (open side door put over my head) a hook takes loops of pole hose to keep this off the floor.

ive seen you setup slump and i like the way you have the reels on the roof going through the side door, unfortuantly, there isnt enough room in my van to do that as my tank is to tall, so i have to go the way ive got it, but its good as i can lock the doors, so i have to disconnect the pole if im traveling a distance between houses, but it isnt a big problem. i use an aqua dapter too, so it jsut a case of plugging the hose on walk to window, extend pole, pull the hose water comes on and away i go.

if change my van in the future i think i may look to go down your route as it will allow for more sapce in the back of the van.

I got the harness idea off my mate ian giles.And the hose comes with me, as it does when i walk back to the van.
