This is not a pointless querstion to somebody just starting out and going in blind, if the responses are truthfull and state houtrs worked and if you work alone or not a newbie can get an average of what they should be aiming for. I try for around 14-18 a day on my own between 9-5pm, I could achieve more but would have to cut corners!!! So think this is a good figure people should aim for on there own, it gives you flexibility if you should get rained off not to many to easily catch up and is enough to pay you a good weekly wage imo.

As with H2o, I believe if i worked 9 to 5 that 14-18  would be about right, Probably closer to 14 than 18, but obviously depends on size and compactness of houses, I generally run out of water before I can hit that amount though, and run out of motivation to start at 9 and finish at 5

It doesn't clarify anything. He didn't ask all the stuff you are suggesting is clarified, if you answer the question and the question only what point does it prove? You say you do 14 to 18 a day. Well I did 1 yesterday, but what does that mean? 1 house? It means I cleaned 1 house but it doesn't tell you anything else. Does it tell you I had a productive and efficient day? No it doesn't. Does it tell you how much I earnt? No it doesn't. It implies bugger all apart from the fact that I had no vehicle movements and had to reel my hose in once.


Oh by the way to prove my point I earnt £190 and picked up 2 other places, one for £48 and the other for just over £ 50.
