When I remember, I have a good stretch of my back, and warm up my shoulders.
I always have a stretch during the day, my customers must think I am a freak when I am clicking my neck and back! Even if it's just a mental thing for me, I feel the benefits when I do stretch myself out.
I suffer from a bad back anyway, so frequently I need to pop/crack it out just to free it up a bit. If it gets bad, I will visit my physio, who can free up every tight joint I have. Well worth the £30 I pay.
Dont forget your legs, they get a fair strain on them too from "setting" yourself throughout the course of the day when you are counteracting the movements of your pole.
I am sure there will be loads of responses along the lines of "poof", "softy" etc, but, I want my body to last me my stay, and if I can make my working day easier, I am happy. Invest in your body by investing in lighter equipment...
