GRAPHICS - CRITIQUE
« on: November 05, 2010, 05:01:59 pm »
Just wondered if this looks ok? The only thing I can look at changing is the "window cleaning" text needs to go back 1 space to make it look more central?

Anything else?

Cheers

Looks good, although I personally would have "Window Cleaning" as big and bold as you can

who did the design is he a pro or someone off ebay?  their is alot of the text on a door opening or a body curve so it won't look like it does in the picture. i would lose the we clean it all text aswell

I see the van that the graphics design is on is a Fiat Doblo.
If thats the van you have got you are going to have to change the layout.
On the side and back of Doblo vans you have formed panels where they put windows on the mpv Doblo version.
I would suggest arranging your text to fit inside the formed panels on the top half of the van.

It looks as if you have three business names "mark one cleaning services", "we clean it all" and "spotless-image"

Erith makes a very good point,  there is a lot of forms and door openings that will distort.

i would go to a local place and get them to 'design' it - it will give you some idea of how it would look
( my local company takes a picture and imposses the graphics over the van )

it all looks a little 'busy'

I agree. Too much going on and very hard to pinpoint what the name of the business is.

I would make the contact numbers a lot larger and put them on the whole length of the van where the we clean it all is, and put that smaller where the phone numbers are now.

Would be much more beneficial having the numbers larger than the we clean it all.

OK, I've taken on board a lot of what has been said, many thanks by the way, and have come up with this.

looks better but i would let the space between the letters bigger as it would be easier to fit, especially where the side doors it's closing.i  have a fiat doblo and ordered the sign writing online and fit it myself
