£5 to £6 houses, what do you do just clean the glass?
£5 is far too low regardless of size!
3 of us did 70 last tuesday half 8 till half 3
joker ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

yes they should have done at least 90 ;D

seriously why do you doubt him there are some small houses out there
this bloke only started out in 2010 on his own,he half be going some to find that amount of work for 3 guys.

started in 2009

have a good client list, a very nice turnover, and a decent profit.

only have third (subcontractor) in, as and when i need him

70 houses, 3 men, do the maths .... 23.3 houses each.... they are all small (£5-£6) houses, and dont have to move van all day, well except to nip to shop for dinner.

2 tops on front, 1 bottom.. 2 tops on back, 2 bottoms and door windows. if end link house, there a 1 top 1 bottom on the sides
Takings off all first cleans till march 7th 2014
October  total=  cleaned  extra per month
November = cleaned extra per month
Total £  so far.

Local firm to me sets a target of 45 houses a day per man 7.30 to 4pm all trad and very little of it would be over a fiver in price and probably less on most of it. I have had a few ex employees ask for a job and they all claim to be able to clean a steady 6 per hour and sometimes more
if any trad wc of say atleast 5yr exp cant clean
5 houses an hour  il stand n be shot
n im not sayin 5 wiv connies just 5 houses an hour
im 42 n do it easy  ;) ;)

nah mate chill, I understand it there are days that I only do 8 to 15 houses but they are big houses, but some don't realise that on run of the mill so much more can be made and done ;) I don't even know why I am replying as I know what can be done but I also know if I charged some of the prices on here it could not, because I would doing one here and one there

some days i do 10 a day and make more than when i do 20-25!depends on size/price and how compact the round is.

im pretty happy with my round at the moment.if i charged £10 a house on my compact work id make a killing but i live in the real world here up north so i charge what i think is fair for both me and the custy!(£5-£8 ON SMALL 3 BEDDERS).i still make good money as their very compact!(150 of em!)

i think some of you are either greedy or live down south! ;) ;D ;D ;D

stu... i know where your coming from..one new build street i charge £5 was £6 I LOWERED MY PRICE.... 42 houses..no fence..or hedges..you can walk from one garden to the next..windows straight up and down..i can do 8 a hour....
its not ALL about price and how many you can do ..Its about your hourly rate and what YOUR happy with..
SOME people on this site dont do council estate because they think there better than that...at least people wont drop you for £5 even if there on benifits...

i love council estates,  they have all the money
