I am sorry but i do not believe you! I believe you have 174-176 customers (you may have gained more canvassing this last week) and you do 100 a week, So only work under 2 weeks in 6 (as i believe you only now do 6 weekly) This place is full of it!!!

i do 20 a day and was looking at moving too 6 weeks, as got sick of people say this time again,  as this would also increase my custy base,   after taking time off to go on hols and that i then play catch up with my work  but the way it is falling is basically i have two weeks of work every month and two weeks of 2 jobs each week, (commercial),  i am not working this week as i plan on going knocking, and then when i start again properly  next monday i should have about 3 weeks of solid work, as i will be 2 weeks behind anyway, plus what i get this week  which to be honest isnt enough,  i see 6 week as the future,

to be honest since last monday i have picked up 43 new jobs, as there seem to be loads of work where i am at the mo, as a lot of wc down here wont knock and the summer brigade has sodded off now

i was trying to find out what people did, as i do 20 aday which gives me 100 a weeks,  i was trying to find out was this average  or am i way behind everyone

if you dont believe me then that is up to you,   u can ask newquay 2010 if you want, as i have him with me the odd days, as i find this job boring  between use we can do 30-35 depending on what i got in   he comes out for 2-3 days with me in a week then the week is finished.  as he has sold is round up  so he is free most of the time.

I have never worked for another window cleaner so have only ever run my business my way and i dont understand the "how many a day?" idea, i have always worked on the "how much a day" as most houses i do are different and different prices, i can do 8 bungalows and 5 3 bed semis in 2 hours on one of my rounds but on another 1 do 6 houses in a day its what you earn that counts not the quantity of property you clean.
Im not scared of heights, just falling from them.

Myself and my business partner only do about 6 to 11 customers a day.  This is usually between the hours of about 9:45 am to about 2:30 pm.

Does it really matter how many are cleaned in a day, surely it's how much you earn in a day. Each day is different depending on the weather, other jobs etc. I knock off when I think i've done enough regardless of numbers.

On my own 8 to 10 a day, two of us 17 to 23 a day, once again its a case of its not the ammount of work you do, its the quality of work that matters.
I know people who clean 20 a day on there own and earn the same as i can on 8, get your prices right and you wont have to worry about how many .

started in 2009

have a good client list, a very nice turnover, and a decent profit.

only have third (subcontractor) in, as and when i need him

70 houses, 3 men, do the maths .... 23.3 houses each.... they are all small (£5-£6) houses, and dont have to move van all day, well except to nip to shop for dinner.

2 tops on front, 1 bottom.. 2 tops on back, 2 bottoms and door windows. if end link house, there a 1 top 1 bottom on the sides
