Hi Gary
You need to see the booster vac to understand how it works, it is not just simply another machine connected in tandem. The booster is a though vac chamber, which allows the recovered solution to pass through the chamber and on to the main machine, as for out performing the eclipse by connecting 2 standard machines together!! I don't think so. You would have two recovery chambers each reducing the amount of vacuum created, the larger the vac chamber the more power you require to create the vacuum, you would also reduce the air flow and the air flow speed through each machine, this would mean that each machine would have a deterimental effect on the other, if you think in reverse its like trying to blow up two car tires with the air passing through the first to get to the second, bluntly put something would go bang.!!

There is no reason you cannot connect the booster to another portable, it would give you an increase in power, it shoul not however be connected to close to the main machine, I would suggest at least a 25 foot hose distance.
Hope this helps
