ok im said to different things so ill set it syraight i meant how much Turnover do the employees do and not how much they earn us has we all know there would have to be an allowane for expenditure to take that figuer into consideration.

so on that note iv give options that vary from20k -60k if there not turnover 20 k your staff and you have a problem.

60k turnover is still way to high

ok so i guess your an experienced employee to be able to tell me that?

Depends wether it's full or part time, if they work on their own of with you, there are many variables that will contribute to it rather than just plucking a number out of the air

Working on that assumption and that you have enough work form them to work   5 days a week then 45k, but that won't happen, you will have holiday pay, sick days bad weather ect. Realisticly 25-30k if you have the work for him.

I'll try a sensible answer...

I dont "employ" anyone (I use a part time subcontractor). But if I did full-time, taking sickness, holidays and bad weather into consideration I reckon they would turn over an average of about £600 a week x 47 working weeks in a year = £28, 200 per year, then minus their wage, equipment costs, insurance, worry, stress etc...

not sure what you mean?

im asking for peoples experiences im not saying what is right or wrong or even coming on here to say what mine earn me just wanting to compare a relastic poll would do that.

an employee should work to a good satandard and speed at all times it doesnt matter to the amployee what they turnover unles there on price work but any boss with experiences knows what can be done.

an employees doesnt have to run build and substain a business or pay for all the expenses that go with it so what you say doesnt mcake sense?

see gav from what you say you think has a worker and not an employee ie if one guy turnsover 1.5k a week and the employees takes home 250 it doesnt leave any were near 1.25k and seondly the boss isnt getting this either.

an employee clearing 250 is prob on 320ish plus you have holidays/sik to consider plus weekly running costs of vehicle and business plus employee NI contributes.

The list can be endless so the boss would get far less than 1.25k.

and iv never said an employee would earn me 1.5k a week

i see gav what your saying and yes you often get them from staff.

thats not what this is about its about seeing what other people that employee are able to get there staff to turnover.

you have to make your staff feel apreciated whiich can be hard little trips and meals hristmas tips and bonuses and tellthem how muh it costs for things and they will soon understand

The best thing to do when offering someone a window cleaning job is to sit down with them before they start and show them an exact breakdown of what it costs you to employ them, and explain to them that if those costs aren't met then there is no job!

and also do they miss you?

two very important questions
