There wasn't a group forming but my employee works 6hours a week and earns me 150k a year

ive gone it alone again wasnt earning me enough employing

think its an issue with cash flow in that all the money i have spare ends up gone on wages all the stuff rolling over is mine which i never see + he is not working quick enough ,and still building the rounds, getting loads of complaints in the low sun recently too all his work !

i took on far too soon even part time and instead of building quicker/harder to make it pay i just got used to smashing the work out in a few good earning days and having time off but im not making enough so thinking off going solo again and just refining the work too earn good 4.5 days a week

sean you they do well i think but its always nice to compare.

i too have had a few complaints from the lads, im just keeping on top of things at the moment pushing them in the right direction.

youll proberly find youll never get any one do it like you so you have to live with the problems but keep them to a min

I think you shpuld have put more realistic earning brackets or just added lower earning brackets, I don't think there would be anyone oh here who has an employee who earns them 60k, but I may be wrong, it wouldn't be the first time

ok im said to different things so ill set it syraight i meant how much Turnover do the employees do and not how much they earn us has we all know there would have to be an allowane for expenditure to take that figuer into consideration.

so on that note iv give options that vary from20k -60k if there not turnover 20 k your staff and you have a problem.
