Think from the potential customer point of view, they want a clean gutter, if two turn up to quote the guy with a ladder puts a price in, and the gutter vac puts a price in, the customer does not care what method is used. the scenario changes when it involves 2nd floor work etc as you on the whole will competing with roofers who will need to use scaffold or cherry pickers so then your prices can rise,
Did anybody increase their prices just because they bought a water fed pole system

I don't think they did even though they have a bespoke window cleaning system, however they probably targeted work that was unsafe to the average ladder worker and charged accordingly.
