Blacksheep,
When i submit my presentation to the client for consideration, it is in many parts, opening letter advising of the times and staffing levels considered necessarry, a letter of introduction about my company, a detailed specification (i consider this to be the basis of the service agreement) it says what we will do and how often and in what areas, then comes the quotation with the details of cost terms of payment, insurance details, then on the reverse of this i print the t&c.... its on the back because a) it fills a full a4 sheet at 8pts b) the client has no excuse that a copy was not in the pack. Then i include details of the cost of other services and supplies, then a legal note on tupe, wtd, and a proviso stating that if work commences without a signed quotation being returned then our standard t&c apply.... and believe it or not some other bits go in there too.
Hope this answers your question why they are printed on the reverse.
