I have some work that I would like to sell on due to being a bit overloaded at the moment.

It is 23 houses, mostly all in one small road with a few dotted around nearby. It averages about £265 every month, with most work being 4 weekly, a few 8 weekly and 1 house 12 weekly. Some are fronts only.

All work is up to date and customers are good payers. There is potential to gain a lot of custom in the area too.
