Hiya there just going into buying a new RO system & bin useing merlin for 2 years now....
I have just replaced both membrains & post filter,so basicly its new.....
I also have invoices for new membrains,but it is not for sale as yet,until my new system arrives...........i want a better system for hard water
Just for anyone thinking about going water fed pole soon....also i have a big red booster pump included similar to this --http://www.cleaningspot.co.uk/acatalog/copy_of_Booster_Pumps.html

Not gunna lie to ya man...im no tech guy with these ro pumps....
I use/needed it to bring my merin tap water from 20(ish)psi up to 80 psi to run my system
When i fist bought the merlin i never needed my water pressure high(so i thought)
but a merlin needs at least 40 psi to work.......so it done the job man
It has a pressure adjuster(sh*t speller)lol.....& a pressure cut off switch,witch i never use...just incase you instal a ball cock in your tank it will cut off water when tank is full...also has a psi gauge fitted...
Thats the most i can tell you mate...i bought it new off a good guy called MR H.......lot of window cleaners know him over the country.
The new system im buying only runs on low psi....
Thats the only reason for selling it dude....

Paid nealy that for membrains...iv also..just(couple days ago)bought a new £25 pre filter!!
Membrains bought in august......took me about a month to get round to replace them,im always busy man...NOT USED VERRY OFTEN i said new,thought they were newer until i looked at recipts..iv got recipts to show,membrain date & new pre filter date & prices
No leaks, what so ever man......
Can even drop it off,if ya dont live to far & ya deffo want it bud...how,s that
Let me know mate,havent even tried to sell it yet.....busy wid new RO system.......
This is a bargain man,espesialy with that expensive booster pump

sorry for ignorance but can this system be simply plugged into my tank in van and away i go as am DI only at moment, costing me a small fortune in resin as water from my tap as gone through the roof recently for some reason.

 Have you any idea how much delivery could be or find out please
as it is a bit far to travel

Hey no problem man....we all have to learn somewere bud...
Yeah this system was installed in my van ,funny enough,but i decided to take it out & put it in shed to fill 1000 ltr tank up,then tranfere it to van......

As for reducing ppm....perfect for you man .......my tap water is 500+ & this will take it down to 50ppm -60ppm...probaly a lot less now....iv just changed filters etc & water was starting to get lower ppm.....so you probaly wont even have to buy anymore resin mate

Hiya ste bud.....so sorry man......
Started testing pump,going to take psi right up & bk down etc & broke a bit thread bar

Anyway ste...looks to me its been repaired before man....a nut has been used to keep thread bar together.....i think the thread bar is used if you want to add a stopcock to your pump...Not sure
Anyway bud its running the pressure up to  70psi from 20 ish(tap psi)not sure if ya need to adjust it from that???
So bud if ya still intrested ste i will drop the price a bit,as ya might have to repair thread bar....the pump is still running sound tho, psi gauge also built onto pump.......
Let me know mate......wont be upset if ya not intrested now man...LOL

Tested merlin...sound man,water dropped to even lower......
I use to get 30-35 ppm from 500+ from this ro when its been running a while,on a nice warm day man...its the 720 gpd ro mate.....do you need a psi gauge on unit,
Let me know if ya want it man £120,plus postage....not sure how much that is man???
Will you arrange collection or would you like me to arrange it(hope not)LOL
Nor i dont mind man....just have to get it weighed,kids have broke scales...LOL...no wise cracks guy's
