I think they may listen at one point as the forum will go down the pan if they stagnate it, every other forum out there lets users have a PM. This place needs to evolve
People are already leaving here and not returning.

I voted 'no'!  I don't want to be bothered by people unless I want them to bother me about something.  In which case I'll post my e-mail address. 

Anyway, the reason why we haven't got them is because someone set up another cleaning forum, and then people from there were coming here and PMing everyone to join their site.

It wasn't really cricket.  It may also lead to a more 'cliquier' site too.
