I'm sure i read once that google punishes websites that have identical text, could be wrong as i know jack about websites, but it's worth bearing in mind.

yeah word for word
www.copyscape.com
type in your url and it tells you if anyones copied it.

rang him but went through to answer phone, so sent him and his web designer an email. see what happens, wouldn't mind if he'd dropped me a line to ask, obviously i'd of asked hime to mix it around a bit but to just copy and paste, :o

i got a call off one of the guys on here asking if he could change the name of his business to affordable cleaners, fine by me. not sure if he has but at least he had the common decency to ask me.

Four Square Innovations in Leeds. We've used them in the past but don't any more, for obvious reasons.
Had a similar a problem a few years ago with Derek's site where DP Design had included word for word the wording of our new Yellow Pages advert which we were foolish enough to have the final design done by them, only for it to turn up on Derek's website BEFORE the Yellow Pages advert was even printed. (no fault of Derek's, it has to be said who had the material removed immediately)

This is an issue of trust and confidentiality and clearly DP Design saw anything that crossed their desk as material they could then re-sell to other clients even though it was plagiarised material from other clients supplied 'In Confidence.' Needless to say we don't do business with them either.
