Derek, send an email to his webhost, www.theplanet.com. Think his web guy has a reseller account via www.freevirtualservers.com. And send him an email stating  that you are complaining to his hosting provider about copyright infringment etc etc

Also, send an email to his domain name provider www.easyinternetsolutions.co.uk with the same complaints.

The domain name provider probabely wont care much but a good threat all the same.

Adam,

If you want placeholder text for design, try   www.lipsum.com/

Derek,

I had a similar problem with cut and paste. A guy stole a page of my site, meta tags and all. He was running 12 Adsense only sites around the country (and ranked above me due to loads of backlinks).

He had no Who is details either.

I complained via Google Webmasters. Nothing... then about six weeks later, all 12 of his sites were completely de-indexed. Might be worth a try?

thanks but i prefer using real text so i can see how it'll work, e.g. have a header that says something catchy, then a paragraph of larger font size with quick explanation, then more smaller paragraphs with better explanation etc, which is harder to do with lipsum

No problem, just a thought. i guess if you take that step out of the equation and just use real text it helps.

I get people complaning that  "the words are all in foreign" !   :D

Hi Garry, just sent you email.
I was showing my mate something I was working on, he said "whats all that"
I said, "it`s Latin." the reply was "Ah didnay ken you could speak Latin"
I looked at him dead pan and said "Oh aye"
The look on his face was priceless.  ;D

Don`t think so, but wouldn't be surprised if it did somewhere.
